Custom units are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your unit to be carefully constructed, inspected, and prepared for shipment. You will receive updates throughout the process and a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Due to the nature of custom hair units all sales are final. Each unit is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked. If your unit arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.

Every unit is made to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation and our team will reach out if any additional details are needed. Due to the custom nature of each unit order modifications cannot be made after 24 hours of purchase.

Before your unit goes into production you will be asked to provide your measurements. Please measure carefully as accurate measurements are critical to the fit and construction of your custom unit.

Measurements you will need to provide:

• Head circumference
• Ear to ear (front hairline to back nape)
• Ear to ear (across the top of the head)
• Nape of neck width
• Temple to temple (across the forehead)

Please note: AM HAIR does not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. If measurements provided are inaccurate a reconstruction fee will apply. We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional if you are unsure. Our team is happy to guide you through the measuring process — simply reach out before placing your order.
