PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing on all custom units (excluding ready to ship units) is 3-4 weeks. Once order is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.
HOLIDAY PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Due to a high volume of orders during the holiday season, please allow 4-5 weeks of processing for custom unit orders. Please allow 5-7 business days of processing for ready to ship units. Once order is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.
Our company acknowledges that shipping times may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as those caused by the courier. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may impact the timely arrival of your order. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
