RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
AM HAIR LLC wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases but unfortunately all sales are FINAL. For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items from our store. Once the product has been shipped, we can no longer be of any assistance. Human hair is considered a hygienic product, therefore we can not refund or exchange any products. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
AM HAIR LLC are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously.
ORDER REFUNDS
AM HAIR LLC does not offer refunds on any of our products. AM HAIR LLC are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
ORDER EXCHANGES
AM HAIR LLC does not offer exchanges on any of our products. AM HAIR LLC are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
RESTOCKING FEE POLICY
There will be a $200 restocking fee if you request a refund before your order ships on any product purchased. Also, if you have purchased using one of our installment options like Sezzle or Shop Pay and you request a refund before your order ships, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus the $200 restocking fee.
MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
AM HAIR LLC packages and fulfills all orders in our warehouse. We carefully prepare your shipment to ensure that all items purchased are included and secured in the elected packaging. In the event your item arrives defective or damaged contact us within 2 days of receipt to begin the exchange process for your item(s). In the rare and unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. For all approved claims of missing items, the full order must be returned to AM HAIR LLC in the original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection a refund will be issued.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
AM HAIR LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with full packaged insurance (UPS). In the event that you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier - we will open a claim as well. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or a credit towards your next order. Once the credit has been awarded, the customer has 24-48 hours to accept the reward. If a customer chooses store credit, store credit is valid for up to twenty-one (21) days from the day store credit is issued.
DISPUTES
Should there be a dispute filed by the customer, there will be an attempt by AM HAIR to resolve the matter between AM HAIR and the customer. In the event that the matter cannot be resolved amongst the customer and AM HAIR, the final solution will be left to the customer’s bank.
In the event the customer’s item is lost and/or stolen and a dispute is filed by the customer before or while the case is being resolved by AM HAIR will forfeit the refund and/or store credit. The final solution will be left to the customer’s bank.
CUSTOM WIG UNITS AND CUSTOM COLOR
Custom wig units and custom color wig units are NON-REFUNDABLE! Custom wigs that are made with measurements can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. Also, please keep in mind that color hues/tones varies depending on lighting. All photos and videos are capture using bright ring lights - this can effect color.
To maintain the quality, longevity, and integrity of our units, please review the following color service guidelines:
- All custom color services must be selected prior to or at the time of purchase.
- Post-purchase color changes or recoloring services are not offered once a unit has been completed and delivered.
- Multiple color processes can compromise the integrity, texture, and lifespan of the hair; therefore, we do not recolor completed units.
- Orders placed without a color service selected will be fulfilled in the standard color as listed in the product description.
- By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
